Review combined uses and entertainment early

A restaurant with regular live performances, a venue, and a retail operation should not be treated as the same land use simply because each sells alcohol. Match the state license to the business

California ABC issues the state license. Type 41 is for beer-and-wine eating places; Type 47 is for general eating places. Confirm the appropriate category and conditions for your operation.
